Ines is the guide written for Springtide. Her voice runs through each audio track and her name is on each written guide. She is a character made for the app, so there is no photo of her.
Her scripts follow a small set of house rules, listed below.

- Length and task in the opening sentenceThe listener knows how long it runs and what to do within ten seconds.
- One instruction at a timeNo lists read aloud. A cue, a pause, the next cue.
- Quiet stretches on purposeDuring a walk or a meal, Ines goes silent and lets the time pass.
- Talks about the day, not the bodyScripts mention routes, meals and evenings. No remarks on shape or size.
- Signs off with one small taskFor example: leave the walking shoes by the back door tonight.

- A Sunday note from InesTwo questions: which cells felt doable last week, which did not. The note suggests next week's cells from the answers.
- Thursday group call30 minutes, audio only, cameras off. A Springtide host runs it from Ines's notes; members say which cells they picked and why.
- A partner seatInvite one person, a friend, a sister or a partner, at no extra cost. Each sees which tracks the other ticked, and nothing else.

Short answers on trials, gear and partners
What happens when the trial ends?
The card on file pays the intro price of the chosen plan for the opening period. After that, the plan renews at the regular price for the same period. Cancel in Account before the trial ends and nothing is charged.
Is any equipment needed?
No. Tracks are written for a living room, a garden, stairs or a street. Headphones are handy; a phone speaker is fine.
How does the partner seat work?
From Account, send one invite link. The person joins free for as long as the plan runs. Each of you sees which tracks the other ticked. Notes and Sunday answers stay private.
